The Relationship Manager, Contingent Workforce Management is responsible for supporting the overall success of Scotiabank’s external workforce program globally. Reporting to the Senior Relationship Manager, this role provides service, guidance, and oversight to Business Line leaders and senior stakeholders, ensuring contingent workforce activities are delivered in compliance with Bank policies, regulatory requirements, and risk standards. The Relationship Manager partners closely with internal stakeholders and the managed services provider to enhance the stakeholder experience, manage escalations, and strengthen governance, reporting, and overall program effectiveness. This role operates as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for the contingent workforce program, engaging regularly with Director‑level and above stakeholders. Is this role right for you?
