Your mission, roles and responsibilities: Develop and perform benchmark analyses using the a2mac1 platform for the Frames Division Create and maintain a product–process database Analyze and compare competitor seat structures with internal products Conduct benchmark studies and present results to cross-functional teams Facilitate and lead benchmark workshops: Contribute to the development of Design to Cost approaches Identify and define cost drivers for each component category and process Establish design guidelines focused on cost optimization Develop and deliver Design to Cost training modules tailored to internal department needs Your profile and competencies to succeed What we can do for you - Currently pursuing an engineering degree or equivalent (Mechanical Engineering or related field) - Strong analytical and organizational skills - Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn - Good communication and presentation abilities - Proficiency in English (written and spoken) - At Forvia, you will find an engaging and dynamic environment where you can contribute t...
