JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY OF POSITION A Behavior Analyst provides behavior intervention and treatment services to assigned caseload. Performs assessments, data collection and maintenance of appropriate documentation. Conducts training with caregivers (employees and families) in a variety of settings. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provides services utilizing evidence-based methodologies to provide excellent clinical services. Prepare for and develop individual, group, and community interventions for assigned caseload. - Assists client in developing an individualized treatment plan/behavior intervention plan (BIP), must be person centered, family centered, and service centered.
