To summarize, Store Managers are at the heart of Skechers retail! Compensation Information: Range is: $27.00 - $29.00: Main Responsibilities: Champion the brand . Inspire and lead an amazing customer experience through product and visual marketing excellence as well as outstanding customer service. Act as a people focused leader, c oach ing and mentor ing the store team. Develop st ore employee s ’ skills to drive sales t o the fullest potential by expanding their product knowledge, setting customer service expectations , and demonstrating visual presentation standards . Help to onboard new hires to the team. Manage store scheduling needs, ensuring proper coverage for peak times. Act as a product expert and serve as a brand ambassador for all things Skechers.
