The EMEA Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Partner is a hybrid role that blends sourcing leadership at scale with end‑to‑end recruitment ownership. First, this role serves as a dedicated sourcing partner for NICE EMEA, supporting a broad range of roles and acting as a key enablement resource for the Talent Acquisition Partners (TAPs) team. You will lead proactive sourcing efforts, build deep talent pipelines, conduct market mapping, and help elevate sourcing capabilities and outcomes across the region. Second, the role carries full end‑to‑end recruitment responsibility for assigned roles, including intake, stakeholder partnership, proactive sourcing, candidate assessment, and process managment.
