Job Description: Saab Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results driven leader to serve as Vice President and General Manager for Land Systems, based in Auburn Hills, Michigan, to lead and grow its Land Systems business. This executive position reports directly to the CEO, Saab, Inc., and is responsible for the P&L, strategic growth, and operational execution of the defense portfolio, including advanced weapons systems, munitions, live training and simulation, and other land domain capabilities. This role serves as a key member of the executive leadership team and is accountable for delivering sustainable growth, strengthening program execution, and advancing Saab’s position in the U.S. land domain. Further this role is responsible for the effective and efficient stand up of one of the United States’ first brand new green field weapons manufacturing, integration and test facilities located in Grayling, Michigan.
