Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Design & Brand Oversight : Translate brand prototypes and corporate identity into site-specific designs, including space planning and fixture integration. - Project Lifecycle Management : Lead projects through all phases, from initial site survey and conceptual design to construction administration and closeout. - Stakeholder Coordination : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, landlords, consultants (MEP, structural), and general contractors. - Technical Documentation : Oversee the production of high-quality construction documents, ensuring they meet building codes, ADA requirements, and local zoning laws. - Budget & Schedule Control : Develop and monitor project work plans, budgets, and schedules, proactively identifying risks to prevent delays or cost overruns. - Construction Administration : Review shop drawings, respond to RFIs (Requests for Information), and conduct on-site inspections to ensure design intent is maintained. - Quality Control : Systematic checking and reviewing of de...
