MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Training of Line Graders, Fill Checks, Canning Attributes in Canning as required for product and operational testing, as well as Pre-Op inspections. - Ensure that shift Quality and Production personnel are fully aware of product specifications for the products being produced on shift, while remaining safety conscious at all times. - Review of thermal processing checks, both paper-based and electronic for accuracy and to ensure all product meets food safety quality and legal requirements. - Review information from the Agricultural team for incoming loads of crops based on the pre-harvesting information made...
