Job Description: The Estates Department manages a complex, multi-site portfolio including asset management, new build commissioning, major refurbishments, demolitions, infrastructure upgrades, and planned and reactive maintenance. These activities are supported by advanced systems, technologies, and management processes essential to the safe, efficient, and sustainable operation of UKAEA’s estate. Reporting to the Unit Head, this senior leadership role is responsible for leading the Asset Management Group and driving the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of UKAEA’s Asset Management Strategy.
