Job Description: Brown University Athletics & Recreation is seeking a high-caliber, forward-thinking leader to serve as the Senior Associate Director of Athletics, Business Office and Revenue Generation/CFO. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the Division’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Strategic Revenue Officer. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will act as the primary architect of the Division’s financial future and the lead strategist for revenue growth. This dual mandate requires a leader who can balance the rigor of multi-year fiscal modeling with the creative energy needed to drive new income streams through ticketing, marketing, and external events. This position oversees the long-term planning and daily management of financial activities for 45+ cost centers, ensuring that budget allocations directly support student-athlete welfare, gender equity, and competitive excellence.
