We’re on the lookout for a diligent Senior Workforce Case Advisor , who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and play a critical role in delivering high-quality, strategic advice and support on complex employee relations matters across the organisation. Operating within the Workforce Strategy team, this role is responsible for providing expert guidance and coaching to leaders and People & Culture colleagues on employee relations matters including performance, conduct, grievances, workplace investigations and dispute resolution. The Senior Workforce Case Advisor manages sensitive and high-risk casework, supports case resolution capability across the business, and contributes to the continuous improvement of case management systems and practices to ensure fair, consistent and compliant outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate complex employee relations matters, including claims and advocacy in conciliation or mediation conferences before the Fair Work Commission.
