We are seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Manager to drive our EHS program and ensure operational excellence at our Baltimore, Maryland location. This role will have a significant impact on the safety culture and compliance standards across all service lines, including hydrovac/air excavation, vacuum truck/industrial cleaning, compliant material transportation, and refinery/industrial turnarounds. Key responsibilities include: - Own and manage the EHS program across multiple service lines, ensuring regulatory and client compliance. - Lead field safety audits and inspections, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement. - Develop and maintain high-quality Job Hazard Analyses (JHA), Job Safety Analyses (JSA), tailgate meetings, and permit compliance (e.g., confined space, hot work). - Partner with Operations on site walks and create site-specific safety plans. - Lead incident and near...
