Working as our Service Advisor, your main priority would be communication between the service department and our clients who are either getting their vehicle serviced or scheduling an upcoming service. The ideal candidate would have prior Service Advisory experience at a domestic dealership. Service Advisor Job Responsibilities: Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. Drive the sales of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast.
