This position is ECB status – requires a minimum number of worked hours per month as needed by the department; limited benefit offerings. Job Summary: Provides clinical patient care (screenings, evaluations and treatments), as it relates to Speech Language Pathology. Documents diagnostic evaluations, treatment plans, discharge summaries, recommendations, progress reports, daily treatment records, and home programs. Utilizes opportunities to promote speech pathology and physical medicine via appropriate formal and informal activities. Provides educational training to hospital staff (physicians and ancillary staff) and community as requested. Minimum Education: Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program. Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: Valid Oklahoma State License to practice Speech Language Pathology (SLP). Work Experience: 0 - 6 months related experience.
