Lotus Cars builds world-class, high-performance and lightweight sports cars that are sold all around the world. Lotus Cars Limited is the manufacturing site of Lotus in the UK. Here we produce all sportscars types such as the Emira and the Evija. To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer in the Manufacturing Engineering Department to join us at out site in Norwich. Summary: Support the cars side of the business in the technical management and maintenance of existing production lines and development and introduction of new processes and tooling to support new products to those lines. The role provides the opportunity to undertake a wide range of tasks and enables the successful candidate to work with many different areas of the business. There will be opportunities to make benefits to cars business in its day to day activities and also influence the way it could operate in the future. Investigate opportunities to embrace new technologies and innovations into the Lotus manufacturing environment to improve both efficiencies and overall product quality.
