Job Description: Collaborate with the Division Project Directors and the Project Management Office to further enable program initiatives and achieve the goals of the organization through standard, consistent, and reliable project delivery best practices. Support construction delivery model selection, matching most appropriate model to the project circumstances; pre-construction services (e.g. estimating, logistics planning, scheduling, labor market analysis, etc.); analysis of proposed construction means and methods and logistics planning; validation of construction costs, change orders and labor rates; schedule and milestone targeting and management oversight; review and confirmation of Construction and Systems & Material Warranty and follow through at 11 and 23 months.
