Role Overview: We are seeking a Business Development Senior Director to lead strategic growth initiatives and expand A2G’s presence across U.S. and international defense markets. This role focuses on introducing A2G’s ISR capabilities to partners and customers, driving opportunity identification, qualification, and capture across DoD, Federal Agencies, and prime contractors. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with exceptional communication skills, deep experience in Manned and ISR services and operations , and a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
