Who You Are: We are seeking a candidate to work in our Dining room as a Supervisor, overseeing Waitstaff. Someone who has experience supervising in a Food & Beverage environment, who is customer service oriented, and takes great pride in serving others in a caring and professional manner. Responsibilities and Duties: Previous FOH/Restaurant Supervisory experience is preferred. - Responsible for daily assignments of wait staff to various positions in the restaurant and side work tasks. - Responsible for ensuring wait staff are completing daily side work and closing duties. - Conducts wait staff pre-service line up to ensure proper meal service and wait staff knowledge of daily menu changes, daily dessert offerings, physical appearance of uniforms, etc. - Supervises the physical appearance, comfort and cleanliness of the dining rooms.
