Our innovative instructional model promotes small group learning for students, collaborative teaching teams, and robust coaching and professional development opportunities for staff. The Dedicated Special Education Aide will work in collaboration with other members of Ingenuity Prep’s Elementary School Academy to promote the academic and social-emotional development of one or more students who have been identified as benefiting from an increased and more consistent level of differentiated instruction and support.
