Responsibilities & Qualifications We are seeking an IT Program Manager to join our TekSynap Defense team. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT or logistics project/program management with demonstrated supervisory responsibilities. - Experience in Department of Defense (DoD) logistics functions, including but not limited to finance, supply, contract administration, transportation, and project management. - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Project for project planning and tracking. Clearance: - Secret RESPONSIBILITIES: Direct all facets of contractor support in alignment with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), to include planning, staffing, coordination, integration, and oversight to achieve schedule and performance goals. Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth execution of administrative tasks and project-related activities. Monitor and address project risks, validate assumptions, and resolve team or interpersonal challenges to maintain productivity.
