Overview The Director of Group Sales is responsible for driving group sales efforts, developing strategies to maximize revenue, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement with clients. This role is key to expanding the resort’s presence in target markets and ensuring the success of group sales and bookings. The Director of Group Sales establishes revenue goals and leads initiatives to promote the resort as a premier destination.
