Job description

Brief Description: The HSE Advisor I will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of and adherence to Company HSE requirements and operational expectations in partnership with other HSE professionals and Operations. Responsibilities include managing HSE-related activities for the designated operational area(s) and ensuring work activities are conducted in accordance with Company policies, standards and processes, and relevant regulatory requirements. The HSE Advisor I works closely with and builds strong relationships with all employees and stakeholders to support designated operational areas. Detailed Description: Ensure effective management and use of policies , standards, and best practices within the HSE organization. Promote a risk-based approach (e.g., field-based hazard identification and risk assessments) to HSE management utilizing Company policies, standards, and processes for all operational activities. Plan , participate, and complete HSE audits/reviews of drilling operations in assigned areas to ensure implementation and compliance with HSE requirements.
