Aircraft Support Analyst (Navy USW/ASW/SHAREM)

Job description

THOR Solutions is actively seeking a mid-level Aircraft Support Analyst to support the U.S. Navy’s Ship Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Readiness and Effectiveness Measuring (SHAREM) program at the Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center (SMWDC) in San Diego, CA . The SHAREM program assesses the readiness and effectiveness of sensors, systems, weapons, and countermeasures employed by individual and groups of platforms to meet specified objectives in tactically and operationally relevant environments. An ideal candidate will have a background in Undersea Warfare (USW) aircraft operations and warfare tasks as well as planning exercise activities for Navy fixed and rotary wing aircraft. Typical Responsibilities: Location: Full time onsite (no remote/hybrid) at Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center (SMWDC) on Naval Base San Diego in San Diego, CA. Travel Requirements: Up to 20% travel is anticipated to include CONUS and OCONUS locations. Typical Physical Activity: Primarily desk/computer work in an office environment.
