Summary: This is a shared position reporting to the Manager of Bridge Pointe Administration Services 75% of the time and reporting to the Manager of Bridge Pointe Structured Settlements the other 25% of the time. Primary responsibility is providing support activities to the Bridge Pointe Administration team and Structured Settlement teams by providing administrative, operational, and customer service support for fiduciary trust accounts and structured settlements. Prepare and track settlement quotes, premiums, and payment schedules; maintain accurate case management records; and coordinates documentation with carriers and internal teams. Generates regulatory correspondence, reviews legal and financial documents for compliance, supports referral intake and service quoting, and delivers daily customer service to members, providers, and settlement partners.
