It’s one of the few products people pay thousands for but dread using. AI has changed how people access health information - you can ask about symptoms, compare treatment options, and get nutrition guidance in seconds. But chatbots can’t order labs, prescribe medications, or coordinate benefits. And incumbent insurers are years behind on modern, consumer-grade experiences. Arlo is building a new front door to healthcare : an AI-first experience that decodes your benefits, estimates costs before care, and books the right provider, then closes the loop with human clinicians to make sure care actually happens. Because we pair this with a full-stack insurance product, coverage, navigation, and payment work together instead of fighting each other. Our approach is working.
