Job Description DPR Construction is looking for an Equipment Operator with at least 3 years of experience, to join our team in Charlotte, NC. If you’re experienced running a skid steer, trackhoe, and other type of construction equipment; safety-focused, and enjoy working outdoors on construction sites, we’d love to hear from you. Required: Preferred : - Operate equipment (ex. skid steer, loader, compactors, small trenching/etc.) to support Concrete Foundation and site work activities. - Perform excavation for foundations, trenching, footing prep, backfill, and rough grading to meet plan requirements. - Load, move, and place materials safely and efficiently (ex. aggregate, spoils, forms/material bundles, tools and supplies). - Perform daily equipment inspections , basic maintenance checks, and follow all safety guidelines. - Willingness and ability to perform hands-on labor outside of equipment operation to support carpentry/foundation crews. - Step out of the equipment as needed to assist the crew, including supporting carpenters and foundation crews with general labor tasks (ex. site prep, layout support, material handling, cleanup, formwork support). - Help maintain quality and s...
