Description The Medical Records Specialist, under the direction of the Medical Records Manager will file and retrieve patients' medical records, ensuring that information is accurate and complete. Other tasks include scanning documents to update electronic health and medical records. All Medical Records specialists should be familiar with HIPAA compliance requirements.
