INGA delivers, among other things, credit risk models, call and speech analytics, generative AI for risk summarisation , portfolio performance insights, and data analytics platforms (cloud and on premises ). The Domain: Retail Banking Analytics (RBA) drives advanced data and analytics capabilities across Retail markets. Our use cases span three main areas : consumer lending, business ban king an d personalisation . Each area includes a broad set of products—for example, campaign recommender engines, mobile customer churn solutions, and mortgage and lending pricing. In the coming years, RBA aims to significantly expand its offerings and scale the team. To support this growth, we need to evolve the engineering landscape to handle increasing demand.
