Position Title PRN Guest Services Associate Bell Hospital: Position Summary / Career Interest: The Guest Services Associate possesses a basic knowledge of computer programs, including 02, the database used for tracking inpatient and outpatient information. The ideal candidate must have excellent verbal communication skills in a high-paced environment, providing superior customer service in person and on the telephone. The associate maintains accurate in-house phone numbers, maps, and other pertinent information as required as well as tracks department location changes, phone number changes, etc., in order to provide up-to-the minute information for internal and external customers. 2 positions needed - morning and evening shift available.
