We're passionate about making education accessible, engaging, and empowering for everyone. We’re looking for a Staff Product Designer to define experience for learners. This is a 0→1 role. We’re not refining an existing learning pattern - we’re building a new one. You’ll help define how adaptive learning will works in practice. This role will report to Head of Design and partner across the business with product, engineers, curriculum developers, and commercial teams. What success looks like within 6-12 months: - Delivery of a novel learner experience model that introduces adaptive learning in a way that’s distinct from existing platforms. - Clear, well-defined core interaction patterns or system designs that may be eligible for patent or IP protection. - High learner adoption of new patterns, with users integrating them into their routine....
