Business Analyst – Cash Management Role Overview: Citizens is seeking a Business Analyst to support cash management and access channel initiatives across a growing portfolio of products. This role will partner with product, technology, operations, and other cross‑functional teams to support product enhancements, operational improvements, and project delivery. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, experience documenting business and process requirements, and the ability to support multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
