Description We are seeking an experienced Optical DSP Chief Architect to lead the system architect of cutting-edge Digital Signal Processing (DSP) solutions for high-speed optical communication systems. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in defining system architecture, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop next-generation optical transceivers and communication chips. Key Responsibilities: - Define the system architecture for optical DSP chips used in high-speed optical communication networks (800G/1.6T and beyond). - Improve the algorithms for equalization, error correction, clock and data recovery, and other signal processing functions. - Work closely with hardware, firmware, and Chip architect to optimize DSP implementation for performance, power, and area. - Conduct system-level modelling and simulations to validate DSP algorithms and architectures. - Collaborate with photonics and RF teams to ensure seamless integration of DSP with optical front-end components. - Define key performance metrics and validation methodologies for DSP architectures. - Work with customers and industry partners to align DSP architectures with mark...
