We’re seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team, deliver exceptional dishes, and help shape the culinary offer at one of the city’s most beloved venues. Head Chef – Lead Our Kitchen at The Daffodil As Head Chef at The Daffodil, you will be responsible for running a busy, high-quality kitchen service across day and evening trade. You’ll lead a team, manage stock and costs, devise menus that reflect our personality, and ensure every plate that leaves the pass meets our standards. This role suits an organised, creative operator who thrives under pressure and values great teamwork. Main Responsibilities – Kitchen Leadership, Menu Development & Standards Lead and motivate the kitchen brigade to deliver consistently excellent food and service during all shifts.
