Position Summary Engineer III is responsible for leading all short, medium, and long-range reclamation planning and scheduling activities on the project site. Ensure that plans align with project objectives with respect to cost management and delivery timelines. The position interfaces closely with internal operations teams, clients and third-party contractors to ensure reclamation activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contractual and regulatory obligations. The Engineer III serves as a technical leader, mentor, and supervisor for engineering and support staff assigned to reclamation operations. Supervisor Responsibilities: This position has direct supervisory responsibility for engineers, technicians, and assigned clerical staff. Responsible for work prioritization, performance management, coaching, and professional development.
