This role involves assisting with various roofing tasks, maintaining job site safety, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to company standards. Qualifications: Preferred: - Assist roofers with installation of roofing materials including shingles, tile, and underlayment - Perform tear-offs and prepare roof surfaces for installation - Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment - Maintain a clean and organized job site - Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures - Use basic hand and power tools as directed - Support crew members with general labor tasks as needed - Inspect and clean gutters and roof surfaces when required - Previous construction or roofing experience preferred but not required - Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions - Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and performing manual labor - St...
