The Turbomachinery Operations manufacturing engineer rotation program was created with the intent of developing engineers to help sustain Solar’s manufacturing engineering organization well into the future. Solar has designed a development program that allows Entry Level engineers to work in and be exposed to several different Gas Turbine manufacturing environments. A manufacturing business unit and mentor will be assigned to the selected candidate upon arrival.
