Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team! Serve as the technical anchor for a new feature/capability being added to the AdmitIT product. Architect and design new features and translate complex business requirements into robust, documented technical designs. Coordinate closely with members of an Integrated Feature Team (IFT) to ensure high-quality delivery through the lifecycle, mentor mid-level peers, and conduct rigorous merge request reviews to maintain code, security, and performance standards. Qualifications: - Twelve (12) years of Software Engineering experience - Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field - An additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted for the degree, for a total of sixteen (16) years Required Skills: - Expert in Java (17+ preferred) and the Spring Boot ecosystem - Deep understanding of SOLID principles and OO design patterns - Proficient in REST interface standards and best practices - Ability to communicate and facilitate cross-team collaboration - Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to clearly communicate architecture and design concepts - Ability to write technical docu...
