Overview: Part-time 0.7 (25.2 hours per week), Fixed Term position until 16 th July 2027 Salary HEW Level 5 + 17% Superannuation Based at the Melbourne CBD campus, and hybrid ways of working About You: RMIT University is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Scholarships Officer to join the Coursework Scholarships team, which manages University, Donor and Commonwealth funded scholarships and the Commonwealth Prac Payment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing documentation, eligibility, and administrate data across various platforms, including the student management system and spreadsheets. Acting as the first point of contact for students and enquirers, this role facilitates smooth access to the service by managing enquiries, processing and assessing documentation, entering data, assisting at events and supporting key team processes. The officer also ensures efficient triaging and communication across platforms like CRMs, Microsoft Office suite, and the phone-based operation, contributing to the inclusive and student- centered mission of the University.
