We are currently seeking to add a Manufacturing Training Specialist to our Operations team. This role is necessary to support our increasing production demands and ensure continued operational efficiency. This is a hands-on role responsible for training manufacturing employees to safely, consistently, and efficiently operate production equipment and understand manufacturing processes. The right candidate will play a critical role in accelerating onboarding, standardizing work practices, and improving overall performance through structured, practical training.
