As Data & AI Operations Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role at the heart of QBE’s Group Data & AI organisation, ensuring the smooth running, governance and operational effectiveness of a complex, multi‑location function. Working closely with the Group Head of Data & AI and senior leaders across the business, you will drive operational excellence, support strategic delivery and create the conditions for Data & AI to scale responsibly and efficiently across QBE. This is a highly visible role with genuine influence — ideal for someone who thrives on bringing structure, alignment and momentum to sophisticated global environments.
