About the Role: As our Early Careers Business Partner , you will lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of Kapitol’s Graduate and Early Careers Development Program. You will shape a best-in-class early talent experience that builds capability, supports project delivery, and creates a strong pipeline of future leaders across the business. This is a highly collaborative role, partnering closely with People and Culture, Talent Acquisition, and operational leaders (Project Managers, Construction Managers, Heads of Departments) to align workforce planning, resourcing requirements, development pathways and long-term retention outcomes.
