The Analyst works with senior investment bankers and assumes much of the responsibilities for creating client materials, valuation analysis, financial modeling, and supporting day-to-day business origination efforts and deal activities. This may involve such duties as the preparation of detailed client presentations on mergers, acquisitions and A&D opportunities, assisting with the execution of client mandates and capital markets transactions, and monitoring the performance of client companies.
