Supervisor-Clinical Services - Recovery | Mountain Laurel Recovery Center | Westfield, Pennsylvania About the Job: The Clinical Services Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day effective delivery of clinical client care in non-nursing clinical departments. Oversees and directs the care of the clients and ensures clinical staff are competent and are providing quality care. Assesses the client’s clinical needs and develops high quality treatment programs to meet the needs. Assists with strategic planning, program development, staff supervision and fiscal planning. Ensures compliance with clinical client care standards, regulatory requirements and established policies and procedures. Roles and Responsibilities: · Develops and implements treatment plans ensuring appropriate assessments for all clients served. Implements best practice and emerging practice protocols. · Reviews the progress, quality, and effectiveness of all clinical programs.
