Responsibilities: - Incident Management - Monitor production systems - Work and maintain accurate ticket records - Assist IT Teams as needed - Documentation - On Call Support Qualifications: - 2+ years experience in an IT production or DevOps role - Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL, including understanding store procedures - Experience with ticket handling and Incident Management support - Strong troubleshooting skills - Strong communication and decision making skills - Able to work autonomously - The ability to work outside of normal business hours, supporting 24hrs coverage Additional Informat...
