Job Description We are seeking a dedicated OPEX Coordinator to join the team at Heysham 2 and play a key role in delivering an effective and continuously improving Operating Experience (OPEX) programme. This role is central to driving learning, insights, and performance improvement across the station. The Opportunity: Reporting to the Organisational Learning Lead, this role offers a valuable opportunity to develop your analytical capability, problem‑solving skills, and influence across the organisation while contributing directly to station performance. Pay, benefits and culture: The salary for this role is from £45,641 to £95,993, that applies with our terms and conditions covered by the EDF Company Agreement. The starting salary for the appointment will be dependent on your existing salary, competence, experiences, and qualifications.
