JOB SUMMARY: The Pool Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation of the hotel pool area, including deck, towels, lounge chairs, restrooms, corridors, and other high-traffic guest spaces. This role plays a key part in in creating a welcoming and spotless environment for all guests experiencing Universal Kids Resort’s onsite pool. Ensures that all pool areas are consistently clean, well-stocked, and guest-ready throughout the day. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Cleans and maintains all pool areas including deck, towels, lounge chairs, restrooms, elevators, and entrances to ensure a spotless and welcoming environment. Ensures the proper use of cleaning agents, equipment, and adherence to appropriate safety guidelines and procedures. - Responsible for the inventory, sorting, folding and distribution of towels. Monitors and replenishes pool deck and towel distribution area is fully stocked throughout the day.
