ROLE PURPOSE: The Custodian will assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment in and around the supportive housing facility by performing a variety of cleaning, landscaping, and minor interior/exterior maintenance duties. They will work alongside other staff to assist residents with activities of daily living and the development of life skills. Our Supportive Housing program provides safe and secure housing and wraparound support to people at risk of, or experiencing, homelessness. This program offers 24/7 support services that are tailored to the self-identified needs and goals of each resident. STATUS: Unionized. The position is temporary, for one year or until the current incumbent resumes the role.
