TRIA is looking to hire an Education Coordinator to join our Research and Education team! Position Summary: The education coordinator will plan, promote, and deliver professional education programs for fellows, residents, healthcare professional students, area high schools as well as other interested groups. Reserves, confirms, prepares, and monitors program arrangements as needed which may include registration, facility, audio-visual equipment, and faculty. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage educational experiences for orthopedic fellows, residents, healthcare professional students, and other learners. - Supervise and coordinate learner schedules across multiple TRIA locations, ensuring alignment with preceptor availability and clinical needs. - Facilitate timely and accurate communication between preceptors, learners, and department leadership. - Utilize multiple software programs, including internal and external scheduling tools, evaluation systems, electronic learner databases, and electronic medical records s...
