City/State Charlottesville, VA Work Shift: First (Days) Overview: Sentara is hiring a Part-time Clinical Pharmacist for the Home Infusion Pharmacy in Charlottesville, VA. Location: Sentara Home Care Services- Charlottesville, VA Status: Part-Time (16 hrs/wk) with the ability to pick up additional hours as needed Shift: Days, Monday-Friday: Hours: 8am-430pm: Overview: Visit the Sentara Infusion services website here: Sentara Pharmacy and Infusion Services The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible and accountable for the provision of safe, effective, and prompt pharmacy services. Participates in all necessary aspects of the medication-use system while providing comprehensive and individualized pharmaceutical care to the patients in their assigned areas.
