Description At Western Montana Clinic, we are continuing our 100-year tradition of providing excellent health care to the community. We are a group of local, independent providers practicing in multiple specialties. Our mission remains the same - to provide our patients with the same high quality health care that we expect for our families. We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker for our pediatric behavioral health program. The successful applicant will initiate and implement systems for integrating behavioral health in our pediatrics department. Schedule - Monday - Friday; hours may vary between 28 - 40 per week The LCPC or LCSW will: - Provide consultative support to primary care providers and clinical staff to build a fully integrated approach to behavioral health - Assist the primary care providers in implementation of standard mental health and behavioral health screening processes - Complete real-time interventions with families/kids when critical health impact moments arise - Perform initial consultations and schedule follow-up care as indicated - Deliver effective, evidence-based interventions to help children and familie...
